5th January 7 months later: 4.6.5 st lost










9th February 8 months later: 4.9 st lost
9th March 9 months later: 4.13 st lost





6th April 10 months later: 5.2 st lost
4th May 11 months later: 5.3.5 st lost



On last weigh in I was at 5.5 st lost
