Slimming World made Extra Easy...
It is what it is, extra easy:
1 Healthy A choice - Cheese or milk products
1 Healthy B choice - Bread or Cereal choice and a few others
Bacon with no fat chicken with no fat or skin and meat and fish with no fat.
As much fruit and veg as you want, just not cooked or pured and don't forget you can have potato and pasta as well.
There is many more things we can have that is free for example: Baked Beans, Mackerel in tomato sauce, Fat free Cottage Cheese, most Muller light yoghurt's ....
A normal day for me would be Breakfast, Egg on toast with fried mushrooms and tomato with cottage cheese. Lunch, Baked potato topped with Baked beans and salad. Dinner. Spaghetti bolognese or Chicken and chips with veg on the side.Snacks during the day would be fruit...apples and bananas mostly for me, strawberry Muller light or Onken fat free yoghurt's... as they or both syn free. In the evening when kids have gone to bed then I will use my syns, between 5 and 15 syns per day. Weight Watchers Crisps are between 3½ and 4 syns. ASDA Smart Price Caramel Wafers are 4 syns. Cones are about 9 syns. I still enjoy my sweets I just don't sit with a slab of chocolate and finish it.
I can honestly say that I am never hungry, I hardly weigh food and I still have sweets. The only thing that has changed in our home is how we eat. No more oil, a lot more fruit, low fat food and more exercise.
